- A puppy is considered reserved once payment has been received and confirmed
- A purchase agreement/contract is provided after payment confirmation
- We encourage all customers to confirm details before completing payment
💳 Refund Policy
We offer a flexible and customer-friendly refund policy:
- ✔ If a customer chooses to cancel after payment, a full refund will be issued
- ✔ If we are unable to complete the process or delivery, a full refund will be issued
- ✔ If the puppy becomes unavailable for any reason, a full refund will be issued
Our goal is to ensure every customer feels confident and secure when working with us.
🚚 Delivery Policy
- Delivery is arranged after payment confirmation
- Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–5 days
- Puppies are transported safely and comfortably
If delivery cannot be completed as planned:
- ✔ No additional fees will be charged
- ✔ We will reschedule at no extra cost or issue a refund if preferred
📦 Missed or Failed Delivery
If a delivery is missed or needs to be rescheduled:
- We will work with you to arrange a new delivery time
- No additional fees will be applied
- Your satisfaction remains our priority

AGREEMENT OVERVIEW
This agreement serves as a receipt and contract between the Seller (Breeder) and the Buyer (Client) for the purchase of the puppy described above.
Ownership of the puppy transfers to the buyer upon full payment, subject to the terms outlined below.
HEALTH GUARANTEE (3 MONTHS)
The seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale.
72-HOUR INITIAL HEALTH CHECK
The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery or pickup.
If a serious health issue is found, the buyer may:
- Return the puppy for a full refund, OR
- Exchange the puppy for another (if available)
3-MONTH GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE
This puppy is covered for 3 months against life-threatening genetic conditions.
If a licensed veterinarian confirms a serious genetic issue, the buyer is eligible for:
- A replacement puppy, OR
- A partial or full refund depending on the situation
Written veterinary documentation is required.
NOT COVERED
This guarantee does not cover:
- Minor or treatable conditions (worms, parasites, mild infections)
- Injuries after pickup
- Improper care, neglect, or accidents
DEPOSIT POLICY
Deposits are refundable under the following conditions:
- Seller cannot provide the puppy
- A health issue is identified before pickup
- Delivery cannot be arranged
Buyers may request a refund within a reasonable timeframe before delivery.
PET / BREEDING RIGHTS
This puppy is sold as PET ONLY unless otherwise agreed.
Buyer agrees the puppy is intended as a companion animal.
BREEDING RIGHTS OPTION
Full breeding rights are available for an additional $1000.
Without purchasing breeding rights, the buyer agrees not to breed the puppy more than 1 Litter.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES
The buyer agrees to:
- Provide proper food, water, shelter, and care
- Maintain regular veterinary visits
- Continue vaccination schedule
- Provide a safe and loving home
DELIVERY / PICKUP
- Delivery available within 1–4 days after confirmation (where applicable)
- Safe and secure transportation will be arranged
- Pickup details will be agreed upon by both parties
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If the buyer is no longer able to care for the puppy:
- The seller agrees to accept the puppy back
Refunds may be considered depending on timing, condition of the puppy, and circumstances.
REHOMING POLICY
If the buyer cannot keep the puppy:
- The seller must be notified first
- The seller may assist in rehoming
GENERAL TERMS
- This agreement is legally binding
- Any disputes will be handled under the laws of: __________________
